Selecting the Wedding Flower Colours
Brides – before you visit your florist to discuss your wedding flowers, it is recommended that you first have in mind a budget of how much you want to spend. It is also good to have an idea of the colour of your bridesmaids’ dresses, and what you want the flowers to reflect in your personality.
Once you have this established, give your florist a ring. It is advisable that you book your florist six months in advance of the wedding day.
If the bridesmaids’ dresses are different colours, you can opt for a neutral bouquet colour such as white or cream and it will not look out of place. You can also use white flowers for the church – it can look better than having a lot of mixed colours. It is softer on the eye, and also it’s the trend at the moment. But if you want to use multi-colours, the advice is don’t use more than three.
